University Indonesia, was founded in 1849. It is the oldest higher education institution in Indonesia and a world-leading research university, widely recognized as the best university in Indonesia.
The joint innovation center will focus on:
1. Joint research and development of molecular POCT diagnostic technology.
2. Development and clinical validation of diagnostic products for tropical diseases such as dengue fever and malaria.
3. Technology transfer and localized production.
4. Talent cultivation and capacity establishment.
5. Establishment of a national monitoring network for molecular diagnostic laboratories in Indonesia.
Under the witness of the attendees, Dr. Chairul Hudaya, the director of the University Science falcuty of Indonesia, and Mr. Lin Yizhi, the CEO of Ustar, signed the agreement, opening a new chapter of strategic cooperation.
This cooperation combines the technological advantages of Ustar in the molecular POCT diagnosis and the scientific research strength of Indonesian universities to jointly build an innovative platform integrating R&D, production and talent cultivation, and jointly promote the improvement and full coverage of diagnostic capabilities in the Indonesian region.
