This kit is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) ORF1ab and N genes in nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs, sputum, and saliva samples from patients with suspected COVID-19 pneumonia, suspected clustered cases, and others requiring SARS-CoV-2 diagnosis.
